How the due date is calculated
A confirmation statement has a review date and a filing deadline.
Use this calculator to keep the annual Companies House confirmation statement on track. Before filing, review the company details held by Companies House, including officers, registered office, SIC code, people with significant control and, where relevant, shareholders and statement of capital.
- 01Use the right starting date
Use the latest confirmation statement date, or incorporation date for the first filing.
- 02Find the review-period end
The review period normally ends 12 months after that relevant starting date.
- 03File within 14 days
You can file early, but an early filing starts a new review period and changes the next statement date.
